Most people are scared of carbs!
However, carbohydrates are the primary fuel source for exercise and for your brain many of which come from healthy, nutrient dense foods.
There may be SOME carbs that should not be consumed frequently if at all, but mostly because they’re easy to overeat, and because they are already processed into simple sugars.
Liquid carbs are hugely responsible for the obesity and chronic diseases we struggle with in America.
