Are you an emotional eater?

Truth is, to some degree we can all agree that at some point in our lives, we use food as comfort.
To some degree we have experiences with emotional eating.
However, here’s a list of emotional eating types that may come as a surprise.
Few of the most common types of emotional eaters, which type are you?
a. The Celebratory -celebrates every happy occasion with food and takes it too far. Every day has something to celebrate with food and this individual doesn't know any other way to mark a happy occasion. When there's something major to celebrate every other day, that’s when it is deem a chronic emotional eating pattern.
b. The entitled eater -These are the people who feel justified to eat whatever they want because of a situation, like the weekend, hump day, or just a plain old bad day. It could even be someone who relies on her end of the day drink, because she thinks "I deserve a drink."
c. The unfulfilled eater -You may see people who eat because they aren't feeling fulfilled, in one or multiple areas of life. It's a mix of sadness and possibly resentment towards a job or loved one they feel is holding them back. People who experience these emotions tend to eat to fill a void and are susceptible to developing an eating disorder.
d. The stressed eater -This person typically feels overwhelmed under pressure, with a lot of responsibility, or when going through a major life event. This could be both acute and chronic stress. People who eat due to acute stress may have just gone through a major life event. With chronic stress, it's not just short-term stuff that is stressful--it's the individual’s whole life. Everyday things become stressful (email, bills, the kids) and they turn to food to make it go away.
e.
The Emotional Non-eater
-For some, appetite hits rock bottom when emotions start to soar. This happens a lot with acute stress. Though someone trying to lose weight might think not eating is a good thing, this is certainly not the case. This causes hormone imbalances and nutrient insufficiencies and is not a long-term solution.
f.
The Anxious Eater
-Many people turn to food to help calm themselves when they feel worried, tense, or fearful or are dreading something to come. Feelings could stem from something like being nervous before a job interview or while awaiting results from a medical test. There are also people that live with daily anxiety that affects everyday life, such as people who live in fear about terror attacks.
